Transforming the Irish Tax Institute Annual Dinner with CONSREV's Full-Service Event Production.

The Challenge: Elevating a Flagship Event
The Irish Tax Institute’s Annual Dinner is a cornerstone event on the professional calendar, attended by over 700 guests. For the 2025 dinner at the Clayton Hotel Burlington Road, ITI sought a production partner capable of delivering a seamless, technically ambitious experience.
CONSERV was entrusted with end-to-end production, from dynamic visuals and immersive lighting to flawless sound and video integration. The stakes were high. Expectations were higher.
Client Vision
ITI wanted an impactful event that reflected their reputation for excellence. A central LED wall, engaging presentations, ambient lighting, and live camera feeds were key. Every technical aspect had to support the atmosphere of professionalism and prestige.
Our Approach: Concept, Craft, Execution
1. Immersive AV Design CONSERV developed a layered technical plan tailored to the venue and audience experience.
Visual Impact
A custom-built LED wall in column formation became a striking stage centerpiece. Two 12,000-lumen Panasonic projectors, relay monitors across multiple rooms, and 80" riser-mounted displays ensured visibility for all attendees. Five LED poster boards displayed table plans and event branding.
Crystal-Clear Audio
A high-performance 18-speaker PA system with intelligent zoning delivered even coverage, including supplementary relay audio in extended spaces.
Lighting That Tells a Story
Intelligent lighting included Robe Robin T1 Profile moving heads, ambient set lighting, and an exterior gobo projection that illuminated the building’s facade with the ITI crest. The lighting enhanced mood from welcome to keynote to close.
Professional Broadcast & Capture
HD camera systems recorded the event and fed live visuals across screens for maximum engagement.
2. Precision Planning A high-profile event demands structure and agility. CONSERV’s production workflow ensured both.
Detailed Scheduling
Planning covered every phase, from warehouse prep to overnight de-prep. Rehearsals and show timing were precisely coordinated.
Inventory & Risk Management
Current RMS tracked all gear and prep. A full RAMS (Risk Assessment and Method Statement) was completed to ensure site safety.
Team Coordination
3. Professionalism in Practice
Dress Code & Conduct
Our technicians met the black-tie brief, blending into the event atmosphere while staying focused behind the scenes.
Flexible On-Site Execution
When the weather threatened the outdoor gobo projection, our team adjusted in real time, ensuring the visual remained a success.
Client Partnership
Regular updates to ITI’s team meant no surprises. We remained adaptable to last-minute changes and responsive throughout.
