The Brief
The Guinness Storehouse played host to a vibrant 6 Nations viewing experience for 500+ guests, with a mix of live TV feeds, sports commentary, and interactive pundit sessions featuring former rugby players.
We were tasked with delivering crisp broadcast visuals, robust venue-wide sound, and discrete lighting, while navigating a high-profile, heavily foot-trafficked venue with tight setup constraints.
Our Solution
We provided a multi-zone AV experience across Gravity Bar 1 & 2 and the Brewers Dining Hall, integrating live TV tuner feeds, branded holding graphics, live punditry support, and strategic lighting design—all within Guinness Storehouse’s exacting standards for presentation and safety.

Challenges & Solutions
Limited Access Time: Early setup permissions were secured thanks to trusted venue partnerships
Crowded Public Space: Minimal footprint achieved using wireless uplighters, concealed cables, and column-mounted PA
Signal Interference: Implemented a radio cascade relay using a spare radio on Level 3 to ensure full-venue comms
No Formal Running Order: Flexibility and experience allowed our techs to adapt quickly on the fly, with roaming pundits engaging audiences organically
Event Outcome
Seamless dual-room live broadcast Engaged, immersive viewing for over 500 guests Integrated satellite + branded content feeds Zero downtime—full broadcast integrity maintained Guinness Storehouse staff praised the team for smooth setup and discretion
