Introduction

For the 2025 Arachas Awards, the iconic Arrol Suite at the Guinness Storehouse was transformed into a vibrant setting for celebration and recognition. The brief? Provide an impactful, cinematic visual experience to complement a highly anticipated in-person awards evening. With audio and lighting supplied by another vendor, ConServ was responsible for all visual production and event recording. The result was a polished and immersive show that brought the brand to life.

Event set up for the archas all star awards at the Guinness Storehouse with Led walls, lightings, stage design, speakers, Television, with all technical production.

Project Scope

This was a fast-paced, single-evening awards event where attention to staging, synchronisation, and visual polish was paramount. ConServ delivered a complete visual solution, from LED wall design to ISO recording, content playback, and relay display setup.

ConServ’s Visual Production Included:

  • LED wall installation (4.5m x 2.5m)

  • Dual 75" relay screens mirroring the main screen

  • ATEM Mini ISO switcher and SD card capture

  • Conference camera with custom riser placement

  • PowerPoint and video playback from ConServ laptops

Production Highlights


1. Elevated Visual Experience

  • 4.5m x 2.5m LED Wall built on heavy-duty staging created a high-resolution visual backdrop for awards and speeches.

  • Dual 75" Relay Screens ensured all guests had a clear view of the content, regardless of seating position in the banquet-style layout.


2. Strategic Camera Positioning

  • Final camera riser location was adapted on-site to work around late table layout changes. This ensured optimal line-of-sight for event recording.

  • ISO Recording via ATEM Mini Extreme ISO enabled clean edits in post, with isolated feeds and line-in audio capture from JBE's system.


3. Branding and Flexibility

  • Client-Supplied Content: PowerPoint decks and motion graphics were handed over same-day and seamlessly loaded for playback.

  • Adaptable Control Point: Compact control setup meant we could deliver professional switching without disrupting the guest environment.


4. Efficient Deployment

  • Load-in and setup were completed between 9:00 and 13:00, with rehearsals held from 16:00 to 18:00.

  • Event went live at 18:00 and closed without a single technical hitch.

  • Load-out was completed before 10:00 the next morning, with gear stored behind the Arrol Bar overnight.

  • Flexible Media Playback: Same-day content delivery was handled without stress, reflecting ConServ’s agility.

  • Efficient ISO Capture: Multi-camera, multi-source recording enabled high-quality post-production despite a one-night-only format.

  • Compact AV Footprint: Technical presence was kept minimal, supporting a polished guest experience in a visually focused setting.
