RDS ROYAL DUBLIN SOCIETY

Situated in the heart of Ballsbridge, the RDS is one of Ireland’s largest and most versatile event venues. Spanning over 42 acres, it offers a diverse range of indoor and outdoor spaces suitable for exhibitions, conferences, concerts, trade shows, corporate events, and private functions.

The Main Hall, also known as Hall 1, is one of the venue’s most prominent spaces, capable of hosting up to 4,500 delegates in a theatre-style layout. Simmonscourt, another expansive wing of the complex, features multiple large halls including Hall 8, which can accommodate over 6,000 attendees and is ideal for major exhibitions and product launches.

For mid-sized events, the Concert Hall provides a tiered seating arrangement for up to 1,000 guests, making it a strong choice for conferences and cultural performances. Additional halls—such as Hall 3 and Hall 4—support audience capacities ranging from 1,000 to 1,800, offering flexible configurations for banquets, trade shows, or presentations.

The venue also features a selection of elegant suites and meeting rooms, including the Minerva Suite, Merrion Room, and Dodder Rooms, perfect for board meetings, workshops, and VIP receptions.
